Hello. I am trying to find out how much it would cost to convert my 3rd bedroom into a single car (attached) garage. It was once a garage but was converted into a third bedroom so it is built to be a garage in the first place. I think all it would be is ripping down the front and putting in the track and door. we have a small bathroom in the basement with a shower and we have gutted it for remodel.
